Systems Engineer - Aircraft Integration Office (AIO)Location: Oklahoma City, OK | Onsite

Schedule: First shift, 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. | 9/80 schedule
Pay Rate:$60.00-$79.00 per hourThis role calls for someone who can bring structure to complex problems: understand the issue, identify the teams involved, develop a practical plan, and communicate that plan clearly to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
What You'll Do- Organize and track aircraft integration issues across engineering disciplines.
- Develop tasks and resolution plans for complex technical problems.
- Apply systems engineering processes to support aircraft modernization.
- Coordinate with technical teams to assess requirements, system interfaces, risks, and potential solutions.
- Communicate plans, priorities, and progress so teams can work toward a shared resolution.
- Support engineering leadership in resolving cross-functional technical issues.
- Consider how changes to one aircraft system may affect other systems and overall performance.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years of experience in an engineering classification; or a master's degree and typically 3 or more years; or a PhD with relevant engineering experience.
- Experience applying systems engineering processes.
- General working knowledge of aircraft systems.
- Ability to organize technical issues, plan tasks, and develop clear resolution plans.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain plans to teams across different engineering disciplines.
- Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City on a 9/80 schedule.
- U.S. Person status for export compliance.
Clearance: The position requires eligibility for a Secret security clearance. An active clearance is not required to start. Domestic travel may be required.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $79.00 per hour
