Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 15 years OR Master’s degree and 13 years OR PhD and 13 years in a related field.
  • Expertise in Defense Acquisition Systems.
  • Proficient in DoDAF and CAMEO Systems Modeler.
  • Familiarity with SysML and ISO/IEC 15288 processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead systems engineering efforts on defense acquisition projects.
  • Develop and manage system requirements and architecture.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with DoDAF standards.
  • Utilize CAMEO Systems Modeler for modeling system components.
  • Oversee lifecycle processes in accordance with ISO/IEC 15288.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Required Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general system engineering experience.
OR
A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:

Experience with: Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF, Technical skills in CAMEO Systems Modeler and SysML, and ISO/IEC 15288 process areas experience.
