Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support two secure cloud-based applications and their infrastructure. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of developers, cybersecurity engineers, database administrators, and architects in an Agile environment. After one year, participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and integrate secure systems and cloud services.
- Support Linux administration, patching, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot networking, firewall, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with security engineers to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure systems align with architecture and requirements.
Required Qualifications:- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 11-16 years of systems engineering experience.
- Strong Linux command-line administration skills.
- Experience with Bash and Python scripting.
- Agile team experience.
- Hands-on systems engineering and automation experience.
Preferred Skills:- AWS cloud environments.
- Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet).
- Networking (routing, VPNs, firewalls, subnets, ports).
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) management.
- Configuration management and monitoring tools (AIDE, Jenkins, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Nexus).
- Cloud/non-cloud network integration and troubleshooting.
