[email protected] Description - Work independently on requirements gathering, analysis, documenting logical design and functional design.
- Perform intricate VB.Net development and deployment.
- Oracle PL/SQL programming.
- Maintain system currency and compliance with ITS standards, hardware, software and security practices.
- Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
- System troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Process Help Desk tickets and service requests for its 1200 users statewide..
- Coordinate and assist Cognos team with report requests.
Mandatory Qualifications 1 84 months experience developing N-Tier .net web applications utilizing VB.Net and/or C# 2.0 or above. 2 84 months experience with relational database design & deployment of sophisticated SQL objects, writing PL/SQL writing packages, XML type stored procedures and triggers, all in an Oracle environment. 3 84 months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). 4 84 months packaging, coordinating and deploying code base through environments including production. 5 84 months experience working directly with customers to identify their business processes, rules, and understand application user requirements and issues. 6 84 months experience utilizing JQuery. 7 84 months experience with Team Foundation Server. 8 84 months experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit testing & leading UAT testing. 9 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Programming.
