Job DescriptionYou will be the F-35 Mission Data Manager for the F-35 Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) Design Team which is responsible for delivering mission-data solutions across the F-35 platform.
What You Will Be DoingAs the F-35 Systems Design Manager you will be responsible for leading the Integrated Product Team (IPT) within the Mission Systems Directorate, ensuring functional, cost, and technical excellence in mission-data product development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and documenting engineering requirements and writing detailed specifications.
- Coordinating with Principal Engineers, government reprogramming laboratories, and key stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining Mission Data Files (MDF) for laboratory and production use.
- Overseeing sustainment, production, and modernization tasks for the CRT design effort.
- Providing technical leadership and cost-management guidance to the IPT.

Desired skills• Experience working in a Mission Programming/Planning Environment
• Experience with the operations of radio frequency (RF) systems (EW or Radar).
• Laboratory and/or Flight Test of Electronic
Warfare Systems (EWS), Radar Systems or
Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) Systems.
• Familiarity with JSF avionics suite or systems
engineering processes
• JSF program clearance
• Good communication and analytical skills

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $145,200 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
