Own the Agentic AI FDE Delivery Model Embed with CPS product engineering technology data and client-facing teams as a forward-deployed architect translating hospital pharmacy pain points into deployable agentic AI solutions iterating in-context rather than handing off specs
Architect Agentic Systems for the CPS Optimizer Platform Design multi-agent and single agent LLM architectures that extend CPS Optimizer's predictive and prescriptive capabilities across drug cost containment 340B optimization, and operational efficiency use cases
Deploy Production-Grade GenAI RAG Build enterprise-ready RAG pipelines over regulatory guidance drug pricing/formulary data and client contract terms enabling accurate auditable real time recommendations for pharmacy directors, compliance teams and CPS client success leads
Technical Skills
Pre-requisites
Applied Agentic AI Production RAG Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines with vector databases, prompt engineering tuning output evaluation and guardrails for regulated environments
Cloud Platform Engineering Deep handson experience with a major cloud platformers containerization REST API design, and building low latency high throughput microservices
AI/ML Platform Integration Experience integrating ML models and predictive/prescriptive analytics into existing production systems alongside data scientists and ML engineers
Additional desired attributes
340B Program Technology Direct experience with 340B split billing platforms third party administrator TPA) systems, or 340B compliance audit tooling
Hospital Pharmacy Information Systems Familiarity with hospital health-system pharmacy IS platforms specialty pharmacy workflows technology
Prior UnitedHealth Group Optum Ecosystem Experience Familiarity with OptumRx CPS OptumInsight or broader UHG technology and compliance environments
What Success Looks Like
Measurable improvements in drug cost containment 340B compliance accuracy or operational efficiency for CPS's 800+ hospital and health system clients
An enterprise reference architecture for agentic AI that other CPS and OptumRx teams adopt as the standard.
