About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Systems Architect to lead the technical strategy and design of a fast-growing SaaS platform. You'll be responsible for building a scalable, secure, and high-performance system that powers AI-driven platforms for highly regulated, fast-moving industries.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll define architecture, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with product and leadership to guide the company's technical direction. What You'll Do- Design and maintain the platform's high-level architecture, data flows, and integrations.
- Build cloud-native systems using modern microservices patterns.
- Ensure the platform is secure, compliant, and optimized for growth.
- Lead technology selection and define the long-term technical strategy.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations to deliver complex solutions.
- Model and optimize performance under various loads to prevent bottlenecks.
- Mentor engineers and champion best practices across the organization.
- Drive disaster recovery, high availability, and cost-optimization initiatives.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in senior architectural or leadership roles.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with backend development, modern messaging systems, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools or modern web development.
