Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst II to join our dynamic team, focusing on audio-visual solutions for customer engagements, special events, leadership meetings, and virtual events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual support and system management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adept at working directly with end users, service teams, and technical subject matter experts. While deep AV system administration is not required, success in this role depends on strong abilities in Audio Visual meeting support, clear and effective communication, and the capability to manage tasks across multiple events.
The ideal candidate will perform the following:- Manage and maintain conference centers, executive conference rooms, and interactive/immersive elements, ensuring seamless operation for various events.
- Provide technical expertise on audio-visual equipment, including LED video walls, projection systems, Creston systems, Extron, QSYS Systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and various audio/sound systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for virtual engagement using Microsoft Teams.
- Provide Audio Visual support for live events within our conference center spaces
- Work closely with customers and internal business partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored event support
- Ensure strict adherence to company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assist Audio Visual team in all phases of audio-visual projects, including planning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual systems
- Maintain Audio Visual system standards and procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and best practices
- Conduct regular system audits, perform necessary upgrades or repairs, and optimize Audio Visual system performance
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in audio-visual technology, recommending innovative solutions to improve audio-visual systems
- Support initiatives such as virtual town halls, and digital training programs.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or 4+ years of experience in audio-visual support, audio-visual system management, and live event production.
Preferred Skills and Education- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LED video walls, projection systems, Creston systems, Extron, QSYS Systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and various audio-visual systems. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in audio-visual technology, including Crestron, QSYS Systems, Extron, and Shure.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication abilities with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ticket Management: Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and managing support queues.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess issues, ask clarifying questions, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage a dynamic workload, prioritize competing requests, and meet service expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Able to entertain addtional security clearance.
