Job Description:Job SummaryThe Systems Analyst/Programmer Application Specialist supports, maintains, and enhances Human Capital Management (HCM) applications with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll systems. This role analyzes business requirements, develops system solutions, performs application support and troubleshooting, creates SQL-based reports, maintains data integrity, and collaborates with business and IT teams to improve system performance and business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Payroll and Core HR modules.
- Analyze business and user requirements and develop system solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, and support software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues.
- Perform application enhancements and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HCM and Payroll data.
- Support production job streams and application processes.
- Provide application design, programming, and technical support.
- Deliver user training and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments on system enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system operations.
Requirements- Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Core HR modules.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes.
- Strong SQL programming and reporting skills.
- Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
