RISES Systems Analyst
The Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a reliable and self-motivated IT Project Manager/ Salesforce Administrator to support the Rhode Island Start Early System (RISES), the State's early childhood data system.
This position will partner with the RISES Administrator and system vendor to support system maintenance and operations, coordinate manage and implement small system enhancements including Salesforce configuration, support testing and deployments, and develop reports and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT projects and a strong understanding of Salesforce and Tableau platforms. This full-time contract requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to lead technical initiatives that support the continued success of RISES.
This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 remote). Candidate must be able to commute to Providence, RI. Projected start date is as soon as possible. Length of contract is at least 3 years. Annual compensation range is $75,000 - $85,900.
