- Lead system analysis, design and implementation
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure integrity and availability of systems and data
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as identified through monitoring and incident/service requests from end-users
- Analyze system performance, gather user feedback and recommend enhancements to optimize system efficiency and successful adoption
- Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, test and perform impact analysis for application changes and development
- Design test cases, create test data, and execute testing/regression testing to ensure solutions are bug-free and meets required technical and business requirements
- Setup and maintenance of end-user accounts and access profiles where required
- Create and maintain thorough system documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to apply patches, updates and implement system enhancements ensuring systems remain secure, efficient and aligned with changing business needs
- Participate and/or lead system implementation projects
Qualifications- Post-secondary degree/diploma in information technology or health related field, or relevant work experience
- Three years recent experience in a digital health related position with experience supporting applications preferred
- Experience in an end-user facing role, providing exceptional customer service
- Experience working within a health care setting preferred
- Knowledge of common healthcare interoperability standards preferred (HL7 v2, FHIR, DICOM, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic IT security and privacy concepts and practices preferred
- Knowledge of provincial systems and repositories considered an asset (ConnectingOntario, OCINet, OLIS, HRM)
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals considered an asset
- Knowledge of basic server and network concepts considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of common end user devices (PCs, printers, mobile devices) considered an asset
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong focus on service excellence and relationship management
- Ability to be successful in a complex environment, handling many competing and changing priorities
- Proven ability to successfully work within a team setting, sharing duties as required
- Highly organized and deadline driven
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
- A strong multitasker with the ability to navigate competing deadlines

Additional InformationHours: Currently days including weekends, statutory holidays and on-call after-hours support as required (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
Hybrid: Roles that function remotely, but require essential, regular onsite weekly work.
Annual Salary:
Minimum: $90,402.00
Maximum: $113,022.00
