As a Systems Analyst, you will be at the center of how technology and business come together. This role goes beyond gathering requirements. You'll partner directly with stakeholders, translate real business needs into smart system solutions, and help shape how our systems evolve to support growth.
You'll have visibility across teams and the opportunity to own projects from discovery through delivery. Whether you're improving processes, solving system challenges, or influencing how solutions are designed, your work will have a direct impact on how efficiently the business operates.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams
- Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected
- Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation
- Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A SYSTEMS ANALYST I- 2-4 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 0-2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree required.
- 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Some programming knowledge is desirable.
- Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
- Ability to break down work into simple tasks and think through technical implementation.
- Possess basic documentation skills, including the ability to document business processes, read and understand documentation created by others, and ability to create functional specifications.
- Ability and willingness to learn the steps needed for the manufacturing process to go through the ERP system.
- Ability and willingness to learn common SAP terminology.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A SYSTEMS ANALYST II- 4-6 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree required.
- Some programming knowledge required.
2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred. - Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
- Ability to break down work into simple tasks and think through technical implementation.
- Ability to debug or walk through simple program or process related issues.
- Possess basic documentation skills, including the ability to document business processes, read and understand documentation created by others, and ability to create functional specifications.
- Understand the steps needed for the manufacturing process to go through the ERP system.
- Understand common SAP terminology.
- Understand the high level process and configuration of some SAP applications.
- Ability to read and debug basic ABAP code.

The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
