Systems Analyst - General
Lead I - Software Engineering
UST is seeking Systems Analyst - General for full-time employment.
The Opportunity:
• Collect, review, analyze and recommend technology and tools.
• Use independent judgment and discretion to analyze computer systems capabilities.
• Prepare detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes.
• Mentor software developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output.
• Provide technical training to the project team.
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team.
• Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
What you need
• Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field; and
• Two (2) Years of Experience as a Systems Analyst - General or related occupation.
• The 2 years' experience required must include Global Delivery model experience and to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels.
• In lieu of a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering-any branch, or related field, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of work experience.
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Compensation Range:$144,414 - $150,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
