Job Description:Systems AnalystNote: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this positionThe RoleThe Fidelity Institutional Intermediary Servicing OSG team, within Fidelity Institutional Product and Business Enablement Technology (FIPBET), is seeking a skillful, upbeat Systems Analyst. This role requires a self-starter who can champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development teams to help craft and implement solutions on both client and server-side technologies.
The Expertise We're Looking For- 3 years of Systems Analysis experience
- Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile scrum methodology
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Financial services experience is a benefit
- Prior development experience would be plus.
- Knowledge of Swagger/Rest API would be plus.
- Skilled in mocking up intuitive, user-centered interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and workflow diagrams that translate business requirements into effective user experiences.

- Passion to provide mentoring support on development standards to other analysts within the wider FIPBET team
- Desire to provide outstanding product support at all stages, including on-call support, when necessary
