Job Title: Systems Analyst - Consultant (11213)
Location: Columbia, SC (100% Remote)

Required Skills- 7+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
- 5+ years of experience designing and documenting software solutions
- 5+ years of experience managing and defining software requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementations
Preferred Skills- Strong understanding of Component, Integration, Performance, Regression, and Acceptance Testing
- Experience managing software testing and development teams
- Ability to read and understand data models and use SQL queries
- Experience supporting projects during Maintenance & Operations phase
- Experience with E-Filing Systems
Responsibilities- Lead the transition of the FCCMS application from SC DSS to SCJB
- Manage and guide the FCCMS functional team
- Lead functional analysis and design activities
- Coordinate with counties and stakeholders on business process improvements
- Manage defects, testing activities, and quality metrics
- Support FCCMS enhancements and E-Filing initiatives
- Review vendor documentation including requirements, test plans, and technical designs
- Coordinate testing activities and communicate issues with vendor teams
- Conduct user education and training initiatives
Education Requirement- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
