Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of advanced system configurations.
- Manage and optimize system performance, addressing complex issues.
- Implement and enforce comprehensive security measures.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update detailed system documentation.
- Coordinate and manage system upgrades and modifications.

- Oversee data handling, conversion, and storage solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in an information technology related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is required.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Advanced understanding of network and system security protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with others.
- Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Advanced scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- 2-5 years' experience implementing and supporting AWS and Azure Operations.
- 2-5 years' experience implementing and supporting VMware (VRealize, VRealize Operations, VRealize Automation).
- 2-5 years' Experience with IT Operations Monitoring Tools (PRTG, VROperations, Solarwinds).
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity between Server Infrastructure.
- Certifications:
- AWS Cloud Foundations.
- Azure Fundamentals.
- One of the following:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate.
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment.
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays, and shift schedules as required.
- Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally.
- Willing to TDY for extensive amounts of time.
- Willing to deploy on an approximate 60/60 rotation.
- An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required
Essential Functions:- Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly.
- Work primarily at a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hand/finger dexterity for computer work.
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
