Data Transfer Officer is a huge plus and will be compensated for in any offer package. RHEL and NetApp.

Position Requirements Duties and Responsibilities - Monitor and manage implementing security-related software patches in response to Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA).
- Monitor and manage user access to various IT resources.
- Configure and install various IT systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, RHEL, vulnerability scanning and monitoring tools, WSUS, Windows Defender and NetApp).
- Configure and manage high availability systems.
- Continually support the team with everything from accomplishing daily tasks to assist with scheduling and implementing installations, upgrades, patches, maintenance and troubleshooting in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Help to ensure integrity of data recoverability by performing regular system backups, file transfers and offsite backup transportation, storage and retrieval services.
- Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting desktop/server peripherals (including software and OS) and ensuring customer satisfaction by quickly resolving time-sensitive problems and documenting resolutions.
- Provide Video Teleconference (VTC) support onsite while being able to identify and troubleshoot of moderate complexity.
Required Education and Experience - High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education - Any of the following certifications would be a plus:
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- CompTIA Server+ Certification
