Systems Administrator
Glint Tech Solutions is hiring for an
urgent Systems Administrator role with a leading federal defense contractor. This position supports mission-critical infrastructure in a secure environment, offering visibility, growth, and the chance to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administration and support for physical and virtual servers
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and network interfaces
- Install, patch, and maintain vendor software and operating systems
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot networking/storage issues
- Automate tasks with scripting and manage user access
- Support secure IT operations in classified environments
Required Skills:- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Strong Linux (RHEL 8/9, Red Hat) and Windows Server/AD/Exchange experience
- Virtualization, networking, firewalls, Cisco & Juniper switches
- Scripting/automation and strong troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience
- OR Master's degree + 3 years
- OR 4 additional years of relevant experience in place of degree
