- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% as required.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with consumer electronics manufacturing processes at system Final Assembly, Test and Pack (FATP) level.
- Experience shipping high volume/high quality products.
- Strong ability to capture the big picture quickly and focus on key points.
- Fearless ability to drive several tasks at once, and generally do whatever it takes to ship a product.
- Strong team player and creative thinker who is able to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors against plans.

Responsibilities- Manage development of Android XR glasses hardware platforms and systems, and drive the overall tactical execution and strategy of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, validate, and launch system solutions. Interface with manufacturing partners, cross functional development and operations teams driving builds and managing build schedules, budgets, and performance.
- Manage development risks and issues to meet system build milestones, cost, and manufacturability.
- Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage program schedules and resource needs with development and operations teams.
