Responsibilities:
Perform security monitoring.
Monitor security controls and protocols.
Research and implement new security tools and technologies.
Contribute to the development and refinement of security policies and procedures.
Perform Continuous Monitoring activities.
Support customer requests.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Security, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline.
2+ years of experience in IT security or a related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience with security frameworks and standards such as Risk Management Framework (RMF) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST 800-53).
Excellent communication and people skills.
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Ability to work in an office fulltime.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
Applicable Industry certifications such as Security + or Network +, etc.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
