SYSTEM ENGINEER

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's computer systems and networks. Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain computer systems and networks for the organization

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and productivity

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls

- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for all systems and applications

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and upgrades to improve system performance and security

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures

- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any system-related issues in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and best practices
