Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Information Technology within the gaming industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco networking equipment.
• Experience managing Dell Blade Servers and NetApp Metro Clusters.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Dell, NetApp, Cisco, and Palo Alto hardware.
• Install and configure Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Review security logs and ensure patch levels are up to date.
• Oversee firewall management and internet access controls.
• Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks.
• Install and configure server and network hardware physically.
• Act as the final tier of support for the IT department.
