Full Job Description
The Systems Engineer will actively shape the future of the electric drive for battery electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, both for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, together with our customers around the world. Core Responsibilities: • Systemic main point of contact for our internal and external customers • Coordinate system functions and lead requirements analysis with international vehicle manufacturers and in interdisciplinary teams, develop requirements for power electronics, define release plans, monitor implementation and ensures implementation with suitable tests • Lead Commissioning activities on site at customers and bring products to life. • Act as central point of contact within development project for troubleshooting • Perform system analyses using the Focus area matrix, DRBFM and FMEA methods • Create ASPICE-compliant requirement documentation in DOORS and technical customer documentation Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Required in field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or a comparable study • 4+ years of development experience in the field of electric drives in customer projects with vehicle manufacturers • Knowledge: You have experience in developing requirements with DOORS and broad component, software and system understanding. In Problem Solving you have substantial experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Personality: You are flexible, resilient, ready to work and motivated and have a high level of assertiveness • Working method: You are self-employed, pragmatic and goal-oriented • Attitude: You enjoy structuring and resolving complex tasks in collaboration with internal, external and international departments Additional Information Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
