Job Title: System Engineer Performance - II
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.
- Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
- Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
- Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
- Reporting issues to appropriate engineers.
- Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
