Job Summary
Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the customer regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, customer overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed.
** An active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required. **

Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline and Six (6) years of systems engineering experience.
Stakeholder Requirements Definition.
Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration.
Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas.
Perform analysis of technical alternatives for a project and make preliminary recommendations.
Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of project's technical design.
Must have six (6) years of systems engineering experience.
Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Salary & Benefits
The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
