This opportunity supports an Enterprise IT contract with a team of SIGDEV Analysts, Systems Engineers, Junior Engineers, Telecommunication Technical Analysts and System Administrators, responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of multi-level Enterprise IT environment.
Job Description:- We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems. The selected Engineer will support a fast-paced and results-driven team focused on constantly improving processes that support our mission. They will engage SMEs, perform data validation after software deployment, submit DMRs for data flow path problems/fixes, configure new software updates, and perform troubleshooting. The selected Systems Engineer must have the aptitude and desire to become proficient in various testing methodologies, software tools, and analytical skills utilized by the team. They must have the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team. Gaining a deep understanding of the program's goals, the application's functions, and their network interaction will be key in this role.
The System Engineer 0 shall possess the following capabilities:- Perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs.
- Use Confluence sites and historical tickets to restore system.
Qualifications:- No demonstrated experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Basic Linux experience is greatly desired as is the drive to learn and master all application software utilized in this position.
- Knowledge of cables, collection systems, and data flow is a plus.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate PolygraphPay Range: 95,000-130,000
