Qualifications

• 9-12 years of experience in project management or related technical field
• Proven experience managing projects in the information technology sector
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholder input
• Track project progress with detailed project planning
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
• Report and escalate project needs and issues to management
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
