Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on both BA and QA roles.
• 3+ years as a Quality Assurance Analyst, combining both functions.
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools like JIRA.
• Understanding of the roles and responsibilities in BA, QA, and DEV environments.
• Familiarity with as-is/to-be processes and content creation for 3+ years.
• Experience in creating product roadmaps for at least 3 years.
• 3+ years of experience with Project Management Methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Proficient with BA tools such as FIGMA and Visio for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Create and manage user stories and epics in Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
• Develop and document as-is/to-be business processes for clarity and improvement.
• Facilitate project meetings to communicate progress and address issues.
• Design and maintain product roadmaps to guide project direction and prioritization.
• Utilize BA tools like FIGMA and Visio for visual representation and documentation.
