Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on VMware solutions and Windows operating systems.
• Proven proficiency in VMware vSphere/ESXI (4.0/5.5/6.0/6.5), KACE patch management, Dell SAN/NAS storage, EMC Avamar backups, and VxRail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with mastery in multi-tasking, time management, and efficient communication.
• Capability in supporting and maintaining large server and cloud environments.
• Experience with ITIL standards and change control methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to technical emergencies promptly. Software Skills:
• Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, Azure AD, VMware Carbon Black, VMware AirWatch.
• ShoreTel Director, 3CX, RingCentral, OnBase, Sophos, Veem backup.
• Windows Servers: Windows 10, 7, XP, Vista, ME, 2000, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, FTP. Personal Attributes:
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
• Effective collaborator, able to maintain continuous open communication with clients and technical teams.
• Eagerness to explore new technological trends and improve existing IT frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Install, support, and troubleshoot server and workstation operating systems, including VMware, Windows Server versions (2019, 2016, 2012R2, 2008R2), Windows Desktop versions, Linux, and Mac OS X.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and JAMF.
• Provide technical support and solutions to over 800+ users across multiple regions, including the US, India, and Belfast.
• Maintain and develop IT infrastructure to support high availability production cloud environments.
• Analyze and resolve server and network issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Follow defined processes for data center activities, including onboarding new users and scheduling production maintenance.
• Continuously identify and mitigate security threats.
• Foster learning new technologies and apply knowledge to improve system performance and IT solutions. Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Salary Range: $100, 000 -$120,000 a Year
