Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with three years, or PhD with no experience required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; must be able to obtain CI-Polygraph; US citizenship necessary.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certified Security+ certification required.
• Any Computing Environment Certification (e.g., Linux+, Server+, Red Hat, Microsoft Windows Server) is needed.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to issues defined by GISA in a support team environment.
• Support SAN integration, configuration, and Level I/II sustainment for GISA CI.
• Provide system administration for Windows and Linux systems.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of the Virtual Environment VM 8.03 across four networks.
• Maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) functionality.
• Support TTC and TGS integration for Operational Ground Station workstations.
• Manage Active Directory for SIPR, JWICS, and NSA, including user account maintenance.
