Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and deploy engineering solutions for SIGINT production optimization.

Full Job Description
System Administrator to support daily operations and customer requirements.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Accepting and refining requirements, design , develop, acquire, document, and deploy engineering solutions to maximize SIGINT production across all-high speed global access.
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Additional five (5) years of Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required or willingness & ability to obtain certification within 6 months of start.
  • Experience with:
    • Linux
    • Containers/Cloud environments
    • Storage Management
    • Virtualization
    • Ip networking and Firewall exp.
    • ALL LINUX
    • Solid understanding of PKI/TLS/crypto including crypto policies
    • Experience with automation tools is a bonus
    • Application support and general troubleshooting
    • SSP compliance and STE/STN support on Linux systems
    • Containers/Cloud environments
Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
