IT Systems AdministratorLocation: Los Angeles, California
NEXPLAY is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain our core IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing network operations, administering cloud services, providing technical support, and ensuring reliable system performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and oversee essential IT systems, MDM platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage WAN/LAN network administration, including backup and disaster recovery systems
- Provide hardware, software, and help desk technical support to end users
- Administer, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud services and email systems
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability across all IT environments
Technical Environment
- iOS and Android
- Microsoft Outlook 365
- Opera PMS and POS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
