- Providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Supporting hardware installation, supporting servers, desktops, network infrastructure
- Setting up storage such as network-attached storage or remote storage
- Maintaining inventory of infrastructure hardware
- Implementing security best practices and applying security patches
- Providing IT break/fix support including Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
- Configuring and managing Linux operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
- Command scripting required

Requirements
- Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph?is required
- Education: Positions available no matter where you are in your career!
- Entry Level - Bachelor's Technical field, and no or minimal experience (Note: even without a degree experience can qualify you for this level with 5 years of relevant experience)
- Basic Level - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and 5 years of relevant experience
- Mid Level - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and 10 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and 15 years of relevant experience
