You will shape the future of how millions of people connect through music, games, and shared experiences across our mobile apps, connected jukeboxes, dartboards, and emerging products.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for driving innovation, accelerating growth, and delivering seamless, engaging experiences across hardware and software ecosystems.

Your day-to-day:
  • Define and drive a cohesive product vision and multi-year strategy across Jukebox and Dart product lines, including mobile applications and in-venue hardware, as well as new product categories.
  • Drive business success - products that keep customers happy are great; ones that do that and deliver business results are incredible. Deliver business results by focusing the product portfolio on the highest-impact opportunities for growth, engagement, and profitability.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Expert, Own, Launch and Iterate; you are the first to test an experience, the first to suggest improvements that drive measurable improvement. You know every competitor and all market trends - and you drive us forward.
  • You use AI like it's a super power; you use tools to be a 10x multiplier. You lead by showing and empowering and bringing others to your greatness.
  • Act as a strategic partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operation leaders to deliver impactful, end-to-end product experiences.
  • Leverage data, insights, and experimentation to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Champion customer-centricity, deeply understanding venue operators, players, and partners to inform product innovation.
  • Partner internally and externally to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including adjacent product lines, partnerships, and emerging technologies.
  • Establish clear product metrics and accountability frameworks to measure success and drive performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization by cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, and inspiration that empowers teams to do their best work
  • Be the "tip of the spear" for our brand and experience to partners, customers, and our employees.

Your profile:
  • 15+ years of product leadership experience, with significant time in senior/executive roles
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-product ecosystems (ideally across hardware + software or platform businesses)
  • Experience scaling consumer-facing digital products, with strong mobile expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation, driving innovation in established businesses
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with execution excellence and operational rigor
  • Deep experience with data-driven product development, experimentation, and growth frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in entertainment, gaming, marketplaces, or connected device ecosystems is a strong plus
