Job Summary:
THE ROLE:Live Nation's Latin America Concerts business is seeking a dynamic and strategic experienced
Senior Vice President of Operations to lead operational excellence across the LATAM region. This executive leader will set the operational vision for Latin America, drive large scale strategy and execution, and ensure seamless delivery of concerts and live events across multiple countries and cultures. The SVP of Operations will play a critical role in supporting regional growth, market expansion and long-term planning while delivering world class experiences for fans, artists, partners, and clients.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:Core Responsibilities- Partner with our local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events
- Support and translate the President's strategic objectives into clear, actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring all local offices are executing towards these goals
- Provide structure and operational discipline into high-growth, decentralized entrepreneurial environments across the region to empower local partners to execute effectively within their markets
- Work closely with local offices to identify improvement opportunities, align best practices, and resolve any operational concerns
- Establish regional governance and process improvements that drive consistency and efficiency while also ensuring full compliance with global Live Nation safety standards and local country requirements
- Serve as key point of contact between our local promoters and international production teams to ensure information flows transparently and effectively between partners to maximize show quality, safety, and fan experience
- Manage and facilitate communication between our internal departments- including Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, HR, and Talent - to streamline processes
- Oversee all other day-to-day operational matters for the region and proactively and concisely communicate issues, risks and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of operations, production, venue, live events, or touring experience across Latin American markets, with a deep understanding of local business customs
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be prepared for extensive travel to the region
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and proven experience navigating through change and difficult environments
- Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows for international events
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with extreme attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
- Ability to make clear concise recommendations to executive leadership, sometimes with limited information
- Strong, proactive work ethic with a positive and team-player attitude
- Able to work seamlessly with others in a fast-paced environment

The expected compensation for this position is:
$320,000.00 USD - $400,000.00 USD
