Full Job Description
The Senior Vice President & General Manager, Partnerships and Data-Driven Marketing is a core leadership role focused on building true strategic partners to drive revenue growth, client expansion, and market leadership. This executive will lead all sales and commercial activities across the primary strategic pillars of the portfolio: Data-Driven Marketing (DDM), IXI, and Partnerships and Alliances.

Leading an organization of approximately 60 sales professionals and sales leaders, this executive will be accountable for delivering revenue targets, accelerating pipeline growth, deepening customer relationships, expanding market share, and developing high-performing teams. The role requires a growth-oriented commercial leader who can create winning go-to-market strategies, build strong customer and partner relationships, and consistently deliver results across multiple markets and channels.

Reporting to the President, USIS, this leader will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure commercial strategies align with customer needs and business priorities.

Enterprise Commercial Leadership

Focused on building true strategic partners across all pillars, the SVP & GM will:
  • Lead an organization of approximately 60 sales professionals and sales leaders.
  • Deliver revenue, retention, market share, and growth objectives across the portfolio.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer impact, and execution excellence.
  • Develop future commercial leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure alignment and execution against growth priorities.
  • Serve as a key member of the USIS leadership team, helping shape commercial strategy and long-term growth.


Strategic Pillar: Strategic Partnerships and Enterprise Alliances

Lead an enterprise-wide ecosystem strategy to drive sustainable growth and market leadership through strategic partnerships and high-value alliances.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Moving beyond transactional reselling to build a robust, interconnected partner ecosystem that embeds Equifax solutions deeply into customer workflows. Cultivating high-level executive relationships with strategic partners and enterprise alliances.
  • Driving integrated go-to-market strategies that leverage partner ecosystems to deliver scalable revenue and value.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify, negotiate, and operationalize high-value strategic alliances.
  • Leading the transformation of indirect channels into a sophisticated, ecosystem-led growth model.


Strategic Pillar: Data-Driven Marketing (DDM)

Lead the growth and market expansion of Equifax's Data-Driven Marketing business, helping clients leverage data, analytics, identity, and audience solutions to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration across the Data-Driven Marketing portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that expand adoption of audience, segmentation, targeting, activation, and marketing intelligence solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to bring innovative capabilities and solutions to market.
  • Strengthen relationships with enterprise customers and marketing decision-makers to increase wallet share and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to accelerate growth and differentiation.

IXI

Lead the commercial strategy and growth of the IXI business, maximizing the value of one of Equifax's most differentiated data assets.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Accelerate revenue growth and client adoption of IXI solutions across financial services and adjacent markets.
  • Expand the use of wealth, asset, deposit, and consumer financial insights to support customer acquisition, segmentation, and growth strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies that increase penetration within existing accounts while driving new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to identify new use cases and commercial opportunities.
  • Position IXI as a strategic differentiator in the marketplace through strong customer and industry engagement.


What Experience You Need
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with significant responsibility for revenue growth and business performance.
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations, including leaders of leaders and organizations of approximately 100 professionals or more.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving sustained growth across multiple customer segments, products, and channels.
