Full Job Description
SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell Wealthspire's Executive Benefits solutions through strategic partnerships with internal Wealthspire advisors and clients and external stakeholders, including consulting firms, financial institutions, and insurance brokerage organizations. This role is responsible for driving new business, leading the full sales cycle, and achieving sales and profitability targets while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will maintain an active pipeline, collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy, and ensure a seamless transition to account management. Success in this role requires strong communication, presentation, and closing skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and maintain deep knowledge of executive benefit offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote Wealthspire's Executive Benefits services to internal Wealthspire advisors.
  • Create and maintain referral relationship with intermediaries and joint partnerships such as large NQDC admin platforms, insurance brokers, and other third party centers of influence.
  • Sells the complete offering of company services
  • Expands offering with third party referral partnerships and maintains relationships.
  • Acquire new customers
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process
  • Internally promote capabilities.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of customer responsibility to account management team
  • Train advisors on executive benefits best practices to expand account management capabilities.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant industry licenses (e.g., insurance, securities like Series 6/7/63, depending on scope) are typically required or strongly preferred
  • 12-15+ years in sales, business development, or executive benefits/financial services of total professional experience


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:

  • Series 6, 7, 63 (preferred)

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
