Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an SVP, Commercial Partnerships with exceptional knowledge and experience to lead and support artists and partners in the digital and physical space for our Nashville label group. This includes fully exploring and pursuing all profitable revenue generating opportunities for the Country and Faith labels. This person must have significant expertise behind setting up digital and physical releases, including logistics as well as the marketing and visibility aspects critical to each release. Strong relationships with key executives at streaming and digital partners are critical. Ability to imagine more and evolve current strategies is a must. What you'll do: - Lead comprehensive strategy to oversee commercial physical and digital campaign development and commercial activity - Primary liaison for designated Label sales division for all sales information with label senior leadership, artist management, internal stakeholders, clients and trade organizations. - Initiate and implement all campaign development strategies including retail plans, pricing, discounts, analysis, forecasting and production in collaboration with finance approved budgets and p+l's in order to attain monthly forecast and annual goals. - Top level negotiations on behalf of all repertoire with all digital and physical customers. - Optimize partner expertise and knowledge of all digital platforms. - Augment label education on best practices and navigation through the partners - Drive critical analysis of Digital Partnerships to maximize opportunities - Strategize and communicate partner platform placements and programs to maximize SME's priorities with DSP's - Optimize revenue through platforms and partner programs - Build mutually beneficial partnerships with all sizes/types of partners - Implement Digital Strategy projects and plans - Lead center driven and cross-partner initiatives (Drive lean-in efforts with multiple internal and external teams) - Foster and grow strong relationships with DSP's/Labels/Management/Etc.
