Key Accountabilities:- Take ownership of personal development
- Provide technical or administrative support for sustainability programs or issues
- Monitor or track sustainability indicators
- Assess or propose sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance
- Adhere to agreed policies and practices to maintain an effective workplace capable of meeting its objectives.

- Share expertise and knowledge
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:- Bachelor's degree in Forestry or Natural Resources based study program required
- Applied knowledge of forestry and land management issues (5 - 10 years' experience preferred)
- Analytical skills
- Excel proficiency required
- 3Log and/or other data management system preferred
- Arc GIS skills required; experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, writing, and collaborative)
Special Features:Ability to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment
Travel is required for this role

- BMP program oversight
- Policy and procedure update
- Training coordination
- Point of contact for Fiber Team on procedural related questions
- Internal and external audit coordination
- Point of contact for Certification Body
- Assure critical submission deadlines are met
- Lead credit accounting system and pellet shipping process
- Maintain credit account
- SBP DTS System transfers
- Complete necessary paperwork for invoicing
- Regional outreach and engagement
- Coordinate SFI SIC and local industry engagement
- Develop and maintain regional conservation partnerships
- Manage sustainability forester(s) responsibilities as they relate to on-the-ground program implementation, certification, and sustainability data reporting
