Job Overview:

SAP's Sustainability growth unit is seeking an experienced GTM strategy and Operations manager

to help build and execute on key growth initiatives. In this role you will support the respective

regional teams by executing business strategy and key program deliverables, supporting GTM

operational initiatives, producing business insights and new initiatives, and supporting planning

activities (e.g. GTM program design and execution).

The successful candidate has a strong operational background, proficiency with AI and key reporting

tools (SAC, Microsoft BI, Excel, etc.), demonstrated ability to execute programs, outstanding

analytical and problem-solving skills, a broad understanding of sales, channel, and business

operations within the Cloud space, and can also communicate effectively with executive and sales

leadership. The role brings a strategic attitude and attention to detail that is critical to establishing

and executing go-to-market strategy and developing sales programs and processes, and a

performance management framework that scales with the business.

In This Role You Will Get To:
• Interact with sustainability leadership cross-functionally to help deliver on our KPI's

within the sustainability growth area
• Evolve our existing big data and AI tools that streamline our GTM execution
• Execute sustainability GTM programs in support of regional best practises
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business and develop a deep understanding of the key

value drivers to identify growth opportunities. Develop key insights for executive-level

presentations and drive critical business decisions.
• Drive evolution and enhancement of GTM processes.
• Support the annual GTM planning process
• Bring thought leadership to influence strategy direction and innovative solutions and

processes to scale the business

On Day One we will expect you to have:
• 6+ years of experience in a Sales Strategy & Operations role, Program Mgmt. or related

role (Sales, Program Management, Finance, Consulting, Corporate Strategy).
• Strong technical skills in AI, SAC, Microsoft BI, and Excel to help manage and progress

our GTM business mgmt. capabilities
• Prior experience with a fast-growth, international tech company is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP's sustainability portfolio, market trends and emerging opportunities
• In-depth understanding of sales and sales processes. Advanced understanding of the

sales methodologies, what drives sales behavior and how sales processes work.

Familiarity with all aspects of business planning and sales execution.
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud go-to-market models, market expansion

strategies, and sales support models.
• Demonstrated ability to support business process design and improvement initiatives,

automate operational tasks, and prioritize time for high business impact activities
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional

environment. Ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management. Sets

goals and drives to fulfillment. Takes responsibility for actions and outcomes.
• Organizational savvy - appropriately assertive, yet cool and respectful. Overcomes

barriers within own organization, peer organizations and virtual organizations
• Bachelor's degree; Master/MBA preferred
• Fluent English
