This position is responsible for producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. Responsibilities include menu development and design, monitoring food production, quality and consistency, and staffing levels, and assisting in departmental trainings. In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations are vital for this position. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, guest contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge. The salary range starts at $80,000-$90,000 for this position. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
