Survey Project Manager-PLS

📍 Lake Oswego, OR / Kirkland, WA | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $109,000 - $144,000 (DOE)

We're looking for a PLS-Survey Project Manager to join our Lake Oswego Survey Team - someone who's ready to lead, solve problems, and shape projects from the ground up. If you thrive on challenges, enjoy mentoring others, and are excited by cutting-edge survey technologies like drones, GPS, and 3D imaging, we'd love to meet you.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing
• Lead survey projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, field crews, and office staff
• Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, and drafting
• Troubleshoot field issues and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis
• Oversee survey standards and processes across the team
• Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for proposals
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed
• What You Bring
• Licensed PLS (4+ years preferred; OR license a strong plus)
