  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse medical team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CRNA team in providing anesthesia for various surgical specialties
  • Oversee the quality of anesthesia care and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Develop and implement protocols for anesthesia practices in the facility
  • Collaborate with surgeons and surgical staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for new CRNA staff

Summary of Job: NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA to lead our team at SurgiCenter of Central Virginia. With multiple shift options available, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving multispecialty ASC.Our CRNAs enjoy a diverse practice environment, working independently in GI and endoscopy cases while providing care in a medically supervised model for orthopedic, podiatry, and urology procedures.

  Compensation: $275,000 Salary, $20,000 Chief CRNA Stipend, 7 weeks PTO, Generous SOB, CME fund, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and more!
