The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery at the Yale School of Medicine is currently seeking an experienced plastic surgeon with expertise in the surgical management of melanoma and other skin malignancies to join our team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional care in a collaborative and academic environment. This surgeon's practice will focus on the comprehensive treatment of melanoma and complex cutaneous oncology, including wide local excision, lymphatic mapping and sentinel lymph node biopsy, and oncologic reconstruction.

We are currently seeking Assistant Professor/Associate Professor level candidates; rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

In addition to clinical duties, faculty members are expected to participate in education and mentorship of medical students and residents, and to contribute to the division's academic mission through clinical and/or translational research. Applicants should anticipate working within a multidisciplinary team that includes surgical oncology, dermatology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, and pathology, offering patient-centered care in an integrated and collegial setting.

This position presents a unique opportunity to build and grow a melanoma-focused reconstructive practice within a well-established academic medical center, with access to a broad referral network and strong institutional support for research and program development.
