Surety Business Professional!

Location:

This is a Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly) role located in our Miami, Florida office.

What the day will look like

As a Surety Business Professional, you will play a key role in supporting complex surety programs, partnering with clients, carrier markets, and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions and exceptional service. Managing sophisticated accounts, guide program execution, provide technical expertise, and contribute to client retention and growth initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to influence client outcomes, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with industry-leading professionals on sophisticated surety challenges.

  • Maintain required licensing, Notary Public designation, and Power of Attorney appointments with applicable surety markets.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$150,000 to $210,000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
