Description

Markon is seeking an Support Generalist to support an Intelligence Community customer by providing administrative, travel, and office management support to Government personnel. This role is responsible for coordinating travel, managing calendars, supporting meetings, and ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day administrative operations. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel in accordance with Government policies and procedures
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate VTCs using Microsoft Outlook
  • Provide administrative support to Government officers, including responding to inquiries and facilitating daily operations
  • Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Assist with office operations, task tracking, and execution of established administrative processes
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of administrative actions
  • Monitor action items, prioritize competing tasks, and support mission requirements in a dynamic environment
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and current
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with Government personnel and mission partners
  • Support additional administrative and program support activities as assigned


Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Experience supporting an Intelligence Community customer in an administrative or program support role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, conference room reservations, and VTC coordination
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel preferred
  • Familiarity with Sponsor administrative processes and procedures strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly learn and execute established processes
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and professionalism skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support Government officers and leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a general office environment


Salary Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
