Job Details:Job Description: Intel Foundry is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead planning operations for Intel's largest and most advanced manufacturing site supporting leading-edge technology development and high-volume production. This leader will be responsible for translating customer demand into executable factory supply plans while optimizing capacity, inventory, technology ramps, and manufacturing output. The role serves as a critical link between customer requirements, factory execution, and business performance, ensuring supply readiness to meet customer commitments, revenue targets, and Intel Foundry growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Arizona Supply Planning organization supporting advanced-node technology development, factory startup, technology ramp, and sustaining manufacturing operations.
Provide organizational leadership, people management, talent development, and succession planning while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adequate supply is available to meet customer demand, delivery commitments, and revenue objectives.
Lead development and execution of production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans aligned to business priorities, financial commitments, and customer requirements.
Drive short-, mid-, and long-range capacity planning, scenario analysis, and constraint management to ensure supply readiness and support business growth objectives.
Lead operational planning and supply review processes that align customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory positions, and financial objectives.
Establish clear demand signals to factory teams and accurate supply commitments to downstream manufacturing partners and customers.
Own integration and delivery of wafer-out-of-sort supply for internal and external customers, ensuring alignment across factory, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders.
Develop executive recommendations by evaluating supply-demand tradeoffs, capacity constraints, inventory strategies, and business impacts to support informed decision making.
Position supply and inventory to meet business objectives while proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks and opportunities.
Establish prioritization and allocation strategies during constrained supply conditions to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue attainment, and strategic business outcomes.
Drive resolution of supply chain process gaps, planning system limitations, and cross-functional execution challenges.
Own key business monitors, operational metrics, budget management, and performance indicators that measure planning effectiveness and factory output.
Establish and institutionalize standard planning processes, operating mechanisms, and business rhythms that improve predictability, accountability, and execution.
Drive adoption of advanced planning systems, analytics, automation, and digital transformation capabilities that enhance planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision quality.
Lead transformation initiatives that advance Intel Foundry planning capabilities, operational planning models, and end-to-end business process excellence.
Champion Lean principles and operational excellence practices to continuously improve planning performance, customer responsiveness, and factory output.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience leading supply planning operations, managing product portfolios, and ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience in factory planning, manufacturing operations, or semiconductor supply chain organizations.
- At least 2 years of experience Managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing or foundry operations, with experience collaborating across process, integration, and product engineering teams, is preferred.
- Semiconductor manufacturing, foundry, factory planning, or advanced technology experience.
- Experience supporting advanced-node technologies such as Intel 3, Intel 18A, 14A, or equivalent leading-edge semiconductor processes.
- Strong expertise in supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience influencing executive-level decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario planning.
- Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning tools, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving business results in complex manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated people management, coaching, and organizational leadership experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $151,900.00-214,440.00 USD
