Job Description

SAIC is currently seeking a Supply Management located on Ford Island in Hawaii to support USPACOM at the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) to be responsible for the daily operations of a warehouse that stores and tracks government equipment, making sure everything is properly received, labeled, stored, issued, and returned. The role ensures accurate records, supports military exercises by providing the right equipment at the right time, and coordinates with various teams and transportation providers to move, dispose of, and account for all items.

NOTE: This is primarily a non-traveling position supporting PWC warehouse and equipment operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Manage day-to-day PWC warehouse and supply operations to maintain accountability and visibility of government and contractor-managed property and equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, store, issue, transfer, and turn in equipment and property.
  • Conduct physical inventories to ensure equipment is properly identified, stored, and readily available to support mission requirements and reconcile discrepancies between physical assets and accountability records.
  • Maintain accurate property accountability records, hand receipts, custody documentation, and supporting files.
  • Coordinate equipment issue and return in support of US Pacific Command (USPACOM) exercises and events.
  • Prepare, review, process, and maintain supply, property, and shipping documentation, including DD Form 1149, DD Form 250, DD Form 1750, and other applicable documentation.
  • Identify damaged, missing, excess, or unserviceable equipment and coordinate appropriate disposition actions.
  • Coordinate Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS) turn-ins and other property disposition requirements.
  • Assist with packing, palletizing, staging, receiving, and movement of equipment.
  • Support pre-exercise equipment preparation, issue, accountability, and post-exercise reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with exercise planners, Information Technology personnel, transportation providers, and other stakeholders regarding equipment requirements and availability.
  • Support periodic inventories, property reviews, and audits.
  • Perform additional supply, property, warehouse, and logistics duties as assigned.


Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors and six (6)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in warehouse, supply, materiel management, property accountability, or related logistics experience.
  • Experience in warehouse supply and property accountability procedures.
  • Experience performing warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, issue, turn-in, and disposition of equipment.
  • Experience conducting physical inventories and resolving inventory or accountability discrepancies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with warehouse operations, including moving, staging, and inventorying equipment.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must have current US Citizenship.
