Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Equivalent professional experience of 1-3 years in hands-on manufacturing with Lean methodologies accepted.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years of active experience in a multi-pillar TPM framework.
• Direct experience implementing TPM programs with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) exposure.
• Strong application of standard improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of overall site strategy as an active member of the Site Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement local supply strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Lead the operational transformation through the implementation of Mars Supply Excellence methodologies.
• Design and execute change management programs to foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify and capture cost-saving opportunities for performance optimization.
• Champion workflows optimizing 'cost-to-serve' for customers with lean operations.
• Establish a culture of problem-solving through robust Root Cause Analysis and data insights.
