Full Job Description
Purpose Statement

The Supply Network Planner is responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning activities across designated manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and product categories. This role develops and maintains integrated supply plans that balance customer service, manufacturing efficiency, inventory investment, working capital, and business growth objectives.

Working closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams, the Supply Network Planner drives the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, evaluates supply risks and opportunities, and develops strategies to optimize network performance. This position leverages advanced analytics, planning systems, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled decision support tools, to improve inventory health, service levels, capacity utilization, and overall supply chain performance.

The Supply Network Planner serves as a strategic business partner, providing leadership in supply chain decision-making while coaching and developing planners and schedulers across the organization.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Develop and maintain rolling month supply, inventory, and capacity plans for the full planning horizon.
• Evaluate supply-demand imbalances and facilitate resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support scenario planning and recommendation development for supply constraints, growth initiatives, operational changes, and network optimization opportunities.
• Establish and maintain finished good inventory strategies that balance customer service, spoilage reduction, working capital, and inventory turns.
• Partner with Material Buyers and Master Production Schedulers on raw material and work-in-process inventory for spoilage mitigation balancing organization goals.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to Master Production Schedulers and Material Planners to ensure production schedules align with approved supply plans and inventory strategies.
• Partner with Supply Chain Leadership and Inventory Optimization team to establish planning parameters, inventory policies, safety stock strategies, replenishment parameters and scheduling policies that support service, efficiency, operational stability and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the monthly supply planning and IBP process for assigned facilities and product portfolios.
• Partner with Fulfillment and Logistics teams to identify opportunities to improve inventory deployment and reduce total delivered supply chain costs.
• Partner with cross functional groups including Operations, Procurement, Inventory Optimization, Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand and Fulfillment Planning, Sales, Speed to Market (STM), Finance, Customer Service, and Category Business Units (CBUs) teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Represent Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) within designated Product Business Teams including STM and CBUs providing support on Inventory Management, Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Service issues.
• Develop and evaluate long-term capacity outlooks, model production constraints and support business cases for capital investments, expansion opportunities, or network changes.
• Utilize ERP, APS, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance.
• Leverage AI-enabled planning capabilities and predictive analytics to improve planning efficiency and decision quality.
• Assess supply chain network risks and develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity and facilitate communication of supply risks, service impacts, and inventory strategies to leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning and improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or similar planning processes.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within ERP and Supply Planning systems.
• Proficiency with Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
• APICS/ASCM Certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar planning platforms preferred.
• Experience with inventory optimization and network planning methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production scheduling environments preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics capabilities within supply chain planning preferred.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$80,407.00 - $108,786.00
